Friends of Schuylkill River Park

Membership is open to everyone who cares about Schuylkill River Park

Park membership raises funds, through dues and donations to pay for landscaping and maintenance of the park, playground, ball field and the dog run.

Members of FSRP's board consult with the 9th Police District to ensure the security of the Park and its neighborhood. In addition the board works with the Fairmount Park Commission, the Recreation Department, the Schuylkill River Development Corporation, and Dog Owners Association.

An ambitious master plan for the park was funded in 2006. This plan is a tool to inspire future growth.
